Purchasing Jewellery is a very personal and emotional jewellery. It is not as simple as choosing a design within a budget.
We would like to share a story of our client who went through the entire journey with us on whatsapp, visited us at an exhibition and then finally came to our store just to say Hi.

So our journey with Aasha began on whatsapp. She wanted to buy a ring and was considering getting it made in American Diamond with gold so that it could fit her budget.
Here is the interesting part. American Diamond is not something we sell. However, we sent her google links and screenshots, ChatGPT conversations so that she could understand Zirconia and explore the other options available.
When she realised that Zirconia while in her budget were not real diamonds she asked us how much it would cost to make a design she shared with us in Lab Grown Diamonds and to her surprise, it fit in her budget.
She had numerous questions and we were happy to help. Finally the ring was made and she was filled with joy.
